Christopher Peter Meloni (born Christopher Peter Meloni) is an American Actor, best known as a character on the well-known television series Law & Order Special Victims Unit. Meloni discovered his passion for acting during his time in school and then pursued acting studies in The University of Colorado at Boulder. His television characters have gained him a lot of attention. The actor has the ability to play characters from both the bad and good side that are part of our legal system. He can attract the attention of his audience with ease. He portrayed the role of a serial killer in the first TV series he appeared in however he later chose to take on the role of an NYPD detective.
